I started knitting and crocheting after my sports mom days were over. I needed something that needed me. I always tried to fix or figure things out by working with my hands, and a colleague suggested knitting. So add my competitiveness, the determination trait I gained from the US Navy (Ret), a new love for crafting, and a new commitment to giving back through the same work ethic.
